Within this project, CEDES organised workshops on developing Energy Efficiency Action Plans, giving participants practical support in preparing local action plans.
Municipal energy-efficiency teams were formed across seven project municipalities — Konjic, Trnovo, Goražde, Foča, Bratunac, Ustikolina, and Srebrenica — responsible for preparing Action Plans, the key documents municipalities use to demonstrate their commitment to reducing energy costs and CO₂ emissions.
