CEDES provided technical support for preparing Capital Investment Plans in the municipalities of Laktaši, Kozarska Dubica, and Srbac, as part of the ProLocal project funded by GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit).
Between January and October 2015, under the GIZ-funded ProLocal project, CEDES provided consulting support for the preparation of Capital Investment Plans for all three municipalities. A key result: each municipality now has a Capital Investment Plan that brings order to public budget spending on infrastructure projects and ensures planned financing for their implementation.
