Between 25 September and 15 December 2020 (a 12-week assignment), CEDES d.o.o. Sarajevo led a consortium with DCG d.o.o. (Development Consulting Group, Belgrade/Niš, Serbia) to provide technical assistance to the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) and its network of MAP Digital Contact Points, defining the scope and details for a full assessment of digital skills gaps and needs across the Western Balkans.
The assignment involved policy and stakeholder analysis and methodology design for the subsequent full assessment, covering all six Western Balkan economies.
