For investor ETIHAD d.o.o., CEDES prepared the preliminary and main design of the heating and ventilation systems, including natural gas installations, for a 35-apartment residential building in Vogošća (design phase 2016–2018, within a wider 2014–2018 engagement). CEDES led the permitting process and supervised construction.
The contract was worth EUR 30,000.
