CEDES conducted the external summative evaluation of “Empowering Trust and Social Cohesion in Bosnia and Herzegovina's Communities – Možemo Bolje,” implemented in two phases between October 2022 and May 2026 by IOM, UNDP, and the OSCE Mission to BiH, as part of the broader Quartet initiative for peacebuilding and dialogue – a partnership of the Council of Europe, the European Union, the OSCE Mission to BiH, and the United Nations.
The evaluation covered over 20 communities across Bosnia and Herzegovina and applied the OECD-DAC evaluation criteria (relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability), with particular attention to gender equality, youth engagement, and conflict sensitivity.
