CEDES is founded in 2006 in Sarajevo, as a joint venture of five highly qualified and experienced consultants in the field of economics, information technology and technical disciplines.
For this reason, CEDES consists of three departments, each run by professional managers, following the best practices.

Economic development and development projects
Department of Economic Development provides a set of services for the four main user groups:
investors, governments and governmental organizations (from local to national levels), small and medium-sized enterprises and large corporations and international organizations operating in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region. Most of the activities of this department are project-oriented activities. CEDES is able to offer the best expert / consultant team which meets the highest professional criteria and criteria for project management. CEDES is one of the few companies in BiH which acts as a link between the key stakeholders, which are the main user groups of our services, and thus support the sustainability of development processes and the results of those processes in BiH and the region. CEDES operates at all levels in BiH, from local to national and supranational levels. What CEDES makes specific is a big diversity of services and specialties within this department, which meet the specific needs of all our clients.

Engineering and technical consulting 
The main feature that makes CEDES special is an integrative approach to clients' needs, including the offer of the whole set of services related to the implementation of plans and investments, including provision of technical solutions through technical designs, and support during administrative procedures, which involves the incorporation of all legal requirements in our documents and support in the process of obtaining of approvals and permits. Advanced engineering is much more than simple preparation of technical project documentation. This means meeting the needs of the client from the very beginning of the realization of investments and plans, including monitoring of works, and support during the process of obtaining of various permits and licenses.
