As part of preparations for EYOF 2019: Presentation of Final Report - Plan for the development of Olympic mountains Bjelašnica and Igman (Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina).

Representatives of French companies from Cluster Montagne and representatives of CEDES, led by Ambassador of the Republic of France to Bosnia and Herzegovina Mr. Guillaume Rousson, presented today to Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton Elmedin Konaković, Minister of economy Muharem Šabić and Minister of finance of Canton Sarajevo Mr. Jasmin Halebić, Final report - Development plan for the Olympic mountains Bjelašnica and Igman, as part of preparations for organization of EYOF 2019 (European Olympic Youth Festival 2019 in Bosnia and Herzegovina).

   Prior to the presentation, Ambassador Rousson emphasized that he was pleased to mediate in this type of successful cooperation, because he will be able to send a message to French business people that Canton Sarajevo offers conditions for a favorable investment but also to French citizens to visit Sarajevo and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The final report dedicated to the development of Bjelašnica and Igman with a cross-section of the current situation and measures and recommendations for improvement was developed by the French companies OREX Loisirs, Egis International, CNA-MO and CEDES in support and assistance from the Government of France to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevo and East Sarajevo, organizing the upcoming Winter European Youth Festival. Prime Minister Konaković pointed out after the presentation that Mountains and ski resorts of Bjelašnica and Igman in the work of the Government of the KS have a special place and priority. "Analyzes of world tourism organizations and agencies Sarajevo is among the ten fastest growing tourist destinations by the number of tourists. For this reason, the Government is doing everything to continue this trend and further improve, which we will certainly be able to achieve thanks to this document, which will serve us to develop our strategies and development plans, "said Prime Minister Konakovic. Ministers Šabić and Halebić introduced guests from France with investment projects implemented by the cantonal government. Two copies of the print version of the Study intended to improve the performance of the mountain tourism economy of the Sarajevo Canton, Final Report – Development plan for Bjelašnica-Igman mountains officially handed over to Prime Minister Konaković. 

After today's presentation, the signing of the Agreement on Understanding between Sarajevo Canton and Cluster Montagne was announced, which will be held at the beginning of December, thus officially confirmed the excellent cooperation so far.
